*Kolby is a medical sales rep who has also helped many people get hired in the industry. His success and the success of those he has helped are not typical. Their experiences are not a guarantee you will get hired in the industry.

According to a Medical Device Sales Salary Report done by MedReps, the average income for a Field Sales Rep in 2021 was $172,527. I don’t know about you, but when I was younger, I would have lost my mind about making that much money.

And the best part about the income potential for a Medical Sales Rep is that an advanced degree isn’t required. In fact, Sales Reps don’t necessarily have to have 1) Sales Experience or 2) a Medical Background to get hired.

Background and Experience

You will provide me this information ahead of time so we can immediately begin the session productively.

Resume Building

I'll review your resume ahead of time we will discuss any updates I would recommend to make your resume stronger.

LinkedIn Profile

Your LinkedIn profile is one of the best ways you can expand your network in the industry. I'll make sure your profile exceeds expectations.

Network Targeting

There are two things you need to know how to do regarding networking. 1) Who do you target and 2) What do you say when you're networking?

Interview Preparation

The majority of our time will be spend getting you ready for your interviews. You can do everything right up to the interview, but if you don't do a great job in the interview, you won't get the job.

Post-Game Plan

You and I will set a game plan for after our session is over. You will also have my phone number to be able to call or text me with any questions or help you need along the way.

Why should I trust you more than somebody else providing a similar service?

  • As a framework for life, you should never take advice from somebody who isn’t doing or hasn’t done what you want to do. There are no shortage of people willing to share their ideas and theories about how to get hired as a medical sales rep, but the question is, are they the right person to take your advice from? Make sure you’re taking your advice from somebody who is currently doing what you want to do and that you trust will tell you the truth about what you should be doing.

What if I can't afford it?

  • For the people who cannot afford a program like this, I give virtually all of my content away for Free through the Programs on my Website, my Medical Sales Certification Podcast, my YouTube Channel and the other Social Media platforms.

When are these sessions scheduled?

  • As soon as you sign up, I will reach out to you with preliminary information I’ll want to get from you ahead of time. Along with that, we will begin looking at availability for both of us. You can expect us to have it scheduled within 5-business days of signing up.

Is there a refund policy?

  • By signing up below, you are letting me know you are serious about getting into the industry, can afford it and will make time for this session. If after signing up – for any reason – we are unable to identify a date that works, or you change your mind about wanting to do the coaching session, you will be refunded 100% – no questions asked.
